June 23, 2026 – at the 6th-Floor Meeting Room, Watthanawiphas Building, Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Klong Toei District, Bangkok.
The Intelligent Traffic Information Center Foundation (iTIC), led by Chairman Mr. Ninnat Chaithirapinyo, joined 23 partner agencies to sign the 3rd Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on “Integrating and Expanding the Utilization of Disaster Database and Geoinformatics Systems for Disaster Management and Relief.” The signing ceremony took place at the 6th-floor meeting room of the Watthanawiphas Building, Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) Klong Toei District, Bangkok.
The primary objective of this 3rd MOU is to drive, expand, integrate, and elevate the utilization of disaster databases and geoinformatics systems for maximum efficiency. As one of the signing parties, iTIC will contribute traffic data and traffic simulation models to optimize traffic management in disaster-affected areas.

During the event, Lt. Gen. Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau of the Thai Red Cross Society, delivered the official report. Following this, Mr. Krissada Boonrach, representative of the Thai Red Cross Society, highlighted the collaborative framework and the immense benefits of developing the disaster database and geoinformatics systems prior to the official signing ceremony.
This 3rd MOU not only enhances the operational efficiency of disaster databases and geoinformatics systems, but it also ensures that disaster management and relief efforts for affected citizens across Thailand will be executed with greater speed, accuracy, and comprehensive coverage.
